[ 豆干炒肉絲  2人份材料 ]
豬里肌肉絲------------150g (醬油+水 先醃20分鐘 順時拌) then 太白粉拌拌
豆干-------------------5片 (衡切切絲 滾水煮3分鐘)
大蒜末 ----------------3瓣切末
辣椒絲 ----------------1根切絲
蔥絲(配色用) ----------1根切絲
醬油 ------------------ 1大匙
蠔油 (醬油膏也可) -----1大匙
太白粉-----------------1小匙

*1大匙 = 15ml
放油放肉 放蒜末、辣椒絲 爆到香 先加醬油上色 熟了再加蠔油or醬油膏 Done
